If start a laboratory chemical supplier and industrial chemical supplier business. what are all the license and comercial registrations i have to do.

please tell some clear note for understanding.

Before going to registrations first decide under which form you are obtaining registration.
In India broadly you may do business
1) Proprietory
2) Partnership
3) LLP
4) Private Limited Company or
5) Public Limited Company.

Reason is that all post registrations are obtained in this form only.

Basicaly for Chemical business you need to get below mentioned registrations:
1) Registration with Partnership or RoC depends on your requirrement
2) Shop And extablishment License\
3) PAN & TAN
4) Food and Drug (depends)
5) VAT
6) Service Tax if rendering services (depends)
