Does AMC of Computers comes under works contract.
If it comes should we take seperate registration for Works contract.
We are already registered dealer with KVAT.

AMC of computers comprises VAT and not Works contracts tax. VAT is to be charged for this. When already registered under KVAT, then no separate registration is required again for WCT as the KVAT TIN no the only one registration for SALES TAX / VAT for a Company as a whole.
