kindly give us the solution for dolochar item of KVAT rate

02 March 2013 Should it be a form of coal.. it shall get covered under entry 37 of third schedule and VAT at 5.5% would be applicable currently.. if not a variety of coal it would be taxed @ 14.5% as unscheduled goods.
