Its too late now. U shud apply within 30 days from the date of decleration of the result. Rs.100/- per paper. (DD). U can get it clarified from the website in the students column. u can cal ICAI,noida on 01203054809

As u mentioned if u r in Delhi pls visit Noida Office of Institue or call there between 10 to 4.30
