An Individual has received a sum as Keyman Insurance Maturity Proceeds and is received directly in bank account from LIC Company.Is this proceeds taxable in the hands of Assessee?

Insurance claim is not taxable................. but stil want to confirm this from other experts as well.. as m not 100 % sure about this
