2. See section 8 in the KVAT Act,2003 therein.
3. See clause (a)(i) and (ii) of the above said section.
4. Can't claim vide section 11(4)of the said act.

Please tell me the if we have not opted for composion under Kerala VAT then what is the tax structure on material component and what is the labour portion is exempted.
What is the rate of WCT-TDS applicable.
