IF A HOUSING LOAN IS TAKEN JOINTLY IN THE NAME OF WIFE AND HUSBAND, CAN IT BE WRITTEN ONLY IN THE BOOKS OF THE PURCHASER OF HOUSE. LOAN REPAYMENTS WILL BE MADE FROM THE ACCOUNTS OF THE PURCHASER. PL CLARIFY

If the share in the property has not been specified of another co-owner, and a single person is making the payment such single person can show the property in his accounts.
