sir, Last year I faced a problem in EB interview. I came to know dept person stayed the result for their promotion.

It is absolutely Government to decide to fill the position by promotion or new recruit. if you feel any suspicious things you can always have the RTI to file and get the clarity

it depends upon the person. it vary person to person. Very good client base & circle or confidence to get good client circle better to go for practicing only. it will be very independent work.
Incase unable to get the client base or interest in monthly salary then go for employment
but both the options success depends up on the person how he/she going to take the opportunity accordingly the result will be
