we give fabric for embroidery to job worker and that job worker generate bill of his creation and send our fabric back
? is service tax / vat applicable on the job work done by the jobworker
? pls tell tax rate in delhi

if your product is not exciseable then service tax 10.3%. if Excise applicable then no service tax on job work.

if gross receipt is in excess of rs.ten lac then service tax is applicable but vat is not applicable to the job worker
