Job work bill in e-Invoicing and e-way bill for Services

As e-Way bills are made on challan basis from manufacturer and job-worker . When job worker raises invoice for job work done it will come in e_Invoicing ? if yes again job worker issue e-Way bill for services ?

23 June 2022 When the manufactures sends goods to job worker for job work process, he prepares delivery challan and e-way bill as applicable.

When the job worker completes the job work and sends back the goods to the manufacturer under delivery challan and e-way bill, and the sales invoice for the processing charges. Job worker will issue e-invoice if his turnover exceeds the limit, and liable to issue e-invoice. Otherwise he will issue simple sales tax invoice. The e-way bill generated for the goods when sent by job worker to manufacturer is for the purpose of movement of goods, not for the tax invoice.
