04 June 2013 does passing a professional exam ( final stage ) in third attempt affects job prospects???? please advice? does number of attempts matter???

04 June 2013 In some companies like it does matter where in some case they specify that candidates passed in max 2 attempts shall apply. But in most organization attempts are not the criteria they assess your knowledge and experience and thats given more weightage than the no of attempts.
