I am on articleship right now and I want to take knowledge of Companies act 2013 so is it right time to read companies act or I should wait for sometime.

agreed with Ajay sahab. And dont just look at it from exams angle. Ne companies act is going to be applicable for a long long time, so earlier you start studying it better it shall be for you to develop professional edge.

also note that Companies Act 2013 is now part of the course.
ICAI has clarified that certain sections of companies act shall be applicable to November 14.
