Itrv received after due date ? case

14 September 2014 A return of income of a salaried employee for AY 2013-14 was filed late on 31/07/2013. The itrV was sent on 28 March 2014 and recd. on 19 aug 2014. Now the status on efiling site is " ITRV recd. after due date".

The return has a no refund pending. Do i need to file a return afresh or one has to revise the earlier return? In this case return is late so it cannot be revised then What course of action is must be taken? i have uploaded 3 images please check

15 September 2014 The CPC , Bangalore has already asked you to submit ITR-V by Oct. 2014 . So submit the same before Oct. 2014.

Why they are asking again ?? It it already recivied and saying recived after due date ?

15 September 2014 they are asking again because when you sent it for the first time, it was received after the original due date. However, now the department has started a campaign for such cases. So kindly avail the benefit of the campaign and resubmit

15 September 2014 YES Mr. Nikhil is 100% correct and you should sent again without any delay as time linit os Oct. 2014 only now.

Also monitor status by UR login/E-mail and may send again after 15-20 days if no response found from CPC.

One ITR-V send by speed post another by ordinary mail.I think this will make full asssurance from your side .
