Itrv received after due date at cpc banglore

04 July 2014 Dear Expert,

I filed my Income tax return for AY 13-14 on time i.e. before 31st july and courier it to CPC banglore but unfortunately they did not received it.
Now i courier it again after receiving their intimation about it.

under status of return filing for AY13-14 is " ITRV received after due date".

There is refund of rs. 65000/-

Please help

04 July 2014 then in such case its a case of belated return dont worry now u file a new return and send itr v to cpc banglore

04 July 2014 at present there no penalty or intt. provision if return not deliver to CPC banglore with in due time .

Whether i have to file again my Income tax return for the A.Y.13-14??

But it is already filed, problem is that they did not received the hardcopy of Acknow. withing due date.

I filed the return online.

04 July 2014 yes for that reason only file revise return and resend the copy of itr-v acknowledgement.
