One my clients upload e-Return after due date in fy 2012-13,unfortunately ITR V return verification not send in due date.
Second my client upload Income tax Return for AY 2015-16 in Aug 2015 this ITR V also not send in due date.
Till date both refund status shows that "ITRV not received in due date"
What will be solution for Refund?

For AY 2015-16, upload the return once again and this time do NOT miss out to send the acknowledgement.
For AY 2012-13, you need to take the prior permission of the concerned CIT for filing the return.
