02 March 2016 One my clients upload e-Return after due date in fy 2012-13,unfortunately ITR V return verification not send in due date.
Second my client upload Income tax Return for AY 2015-16 in Aug 2015 this ITR V also not send in due date.
Till date both refund status shows that "ITRV not received in due date"
What will be solution for Refund?

02 March 2016 For AY 2015-16, upload the return once again and this time do NOT miss out to send the acknowledgement.
For AY 2012-13, you need to take the prior permission of the concerned CIT for filing the return.
