27 July 2010 In case of e-filing multiple time return are revised on same day , then which copy of ITRV will be mail to income tax department,
EITHER all revised copies + original copy OR ONLY LAST REVISED COPY.......

27 July 2010 1st of all i dont think it is possible to revise return without obtaining the receipt no which is mentioned in
"ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF ITR-V".
This is mailed to our ID when copy of ITR V is received by CPC Banglore.
We are required to mention this receipt no in revised ITR. So in my view it is not possible to revise the return on same day.

27 July 2010 ack.no generated by the system on ITRV when we file the return is to be mentioned while filing the revised return, so the return can be revised on the same day.

28 July 2010 yes agree with mohinderji,
I have practicaly do the same & importantly my client has to claimed refund and he has received refund.
so same day revised return is right procedure.

28 July 2010 pl. send all ITR V whether original or revised. also read do's and don'ts on the income tax portal relating to the ITR V

send both ITR V original + revised.
& wait for the itr v received receipt.
you will surely understand what is going on.
and also dont stappled or punched itr v before sending to banglore put into emvelop and send it by ordinory post ok
