I filed income tax return ITR-4 for the AY 2023-24 on 26.03.2024 by paying Rs 1000 as late fee but want to revise the return now. Is it possible to revise.

there is no provision to revise the ITR-U.

ITR U can be filed only once for a Financial Year. So you can not revise/update filed ITR U.
03 April 2024
You can't file ITR U with fine of 1000 without paying any taxes. It will be considered as invalid return.
