Itr5 not submission

in ay 2013-14 I had uploaded itr but forgot to send Itr 5.whereas there was no tax liability. I recd msg in this June end. After that I post it and received acknowledgment from I.T.office. Will there be any financial penalty.

First of all plz note that it is ITR - V(alphabet) and not ITR -5(as u misunderstood as no.).
It must have to b send prior to 120 days after uploading ur return to e-filing portal. U will receive a notice for that from IT dept. There is no money matter involved in this delay. Just ur return will b processed with a delay.
