my efiling profile dose't allow me to file ITR4 online and also not allow to upload XML file of ITR4.
Can any one help me please.

Check your profile. It should be Individual Status then you can file and upload xml of ITR4.

Kindly Download Latest files from incometax efilling website of respective AY. & then create .xml file & upload. If some error facing you should contact 1800 4250 0025
