Rupesh first see carefully what the question is. Is ITR-4 available in excel format?

ITR4 Excel utility expected to be available soon. But its better to use java utility rather than waiting for excel utility. Java utility is very simple and veey similar to excel utility. You will need to install the required version of java prior to using the java utility of ITR4.
