05 August 2013 Login @ incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

Under My Account Tab click on "My Returns/Forms"

Then click on the Ack. No of relevant AY.

Then you will see the option to download

1) ITR V
2) XML
3) ITR Form

Click on xml to download the xml file.

It is shown old xml file.

But I want upload new XML file to file the return for AY 2013-2014.

05 August 2013 Then go to e-file and upload return selecting relevant AY and relevant ITR.
