Itr-v submited after due date

30 September 2011 I was file ITR-4 for A.Y 2010-11 with Rs.49540 Refund on 30.3.2011 but ITR-V is submited after due date on 30.8.2011. so I not recieved ITR-V Reciept and No claim Refund. please tell me what i can do next ? so Return become valid.

30 September 2011 Send your ITR-V again to CPC bangalore by speed post
The due date for submission of ITR-V for A.Y. 2010-11 has been extended upto 31.10.2011 or 120 days from the date of upload whichever is later.

30 September 2011 I was already Submited on 30/08/2011 and CPC department also receive but in status of e-Return is display that Filing date has exceeded the Due date.

30 September 2011 Due date is extended few weeks back. once call CPC Bangalore or send the signed ITR-V.
