Dear experts, Can anyone confirm the date upto which we have to submit printed ITR V for a return filed on 5th November 2011 forr A.Y. 2010-11. As far as I know 120 days from return filing or 31st october which ever is later should be the last submission date. But my principal has asked me to confirm the same.

The due date for submission of ITR-V for A.Y. 2010-11 has been extended upto 31.10.2011 or 120 days from the date of upload whichever is later.

Thanks for the response but what if we submit return for A.Y.2010-11 on 5th November 2011. How can ITR V be submitted before even filing return. And what about the provision of Belated return. Your right to file return belated cannot be taken away just because you are filing return online. Please correct me if I am wrong.
