30 December 2013 RECENTALLY I FILLED MY ITR 4 FOR BUSINESS FOR F.Y.11-12..BUT I HAVE SOME QURIES..
1.WHICH DOCUMENTS SHOULD I SUBMIT TO BANGLORE CPC
2.IS IT NECCESARY THAT ITR MUST SIGN BY CA. OR TAX CONSULTANT..?..OR SELF ATTESTED IS ENOUGH..?
3.AND WHAT IS THE NEXT PROCUDERE AFTER SUBMISSION OF ITR

30 December 2013 1. no documents to be attached with itr -V.
2. should be only signed by you.
3.nothing u need to wait for it dept's reply.

30 December 2013 1) Submit only ITR V i.e., Acknowledgement which is generated after online submission. No other documents required to be submitted to CPC Bangalore.

2) ITR V need be signed by the Proprietor only. No attestation of professional is required.

3) Next is to wait for intimation u/s 143(1).

30 December 2013 Yes. Send ITR V duly signed by Assessee through Speed Post. Can be sent through ordinary post also but better send it through speed post.

30 December 2013 yes only the assessee who's itr-v is to be sent needs to signed and send it within 120 days of filling e-return of itr.
