Hello Everyone!
what if we fail to send the Online return filed within the 120 days and send it later?
what is the procedure to claim the refund in above mentioned case?

then it will be counted as if no valid return have been filled.

if you still have time, then revise the return. this revised return will be treated as belated return. timelines provided under 139(5) shall apply.
