Dear Sir
one of my friend was not sent the ITR-V for the AY 2009-10 to the CPC bangalore within stipulated time.
now when we login it is not showing the filed ITR-V it says that there is no record .
now how to recty the same, and even he has get the refund of rs 25000/-.
what is the procedure to re filing & geting refund.

U/s 119(2)(b) remedial action can be taken by submitting an application along with the return of income for the AY 2009-10 to the Income Tax Authority having jurisdiction of your case.
