Is there any Late Filing Fees or Penalty or Interest for not sending copy of ITR V to Banglore?

26 April 2014 if its not sent within 120 days of filling return then all the consequences of non filling of return shall be made applicable...so alternative is to file a revise return and send form ITR-V within 120 days from date of filling online ITR.

Revised Return must conatin any change or same can be uploaded just changing the field revised?
And revised return alternate is to be uploaded without any penalty or fees?

28 April 2014 if the time limit under sec 139(5) is not over then no penatly or int is to be paid just revise the return and send it to bengluru within 120 days of iling revise return.
