Hi,
My wife has e-filed the return on 30th july 2010 for the financial year 2009-10 however she forgot to deposit the ITR-V to CPC Bangalore. Can she send the ITR-V now or what is last date for submission. If she can not sent then fresh return needs to filed

Cut off date is over being 120 days from electronically transmitting the data. Now, she may have to file the return again since the already filed return will be treated as 'no return filed'.

so here return may have to file again means "revise return" or "original return" since original return xml is not accepting again on ITD site

File Revised Return quoting the acknowledgement number of the Original return filed and send the acknowledgement on time,,

That's mean revised return needs to file if the 120 has been passed from the date of filing?
