24 July 2012 please confirm which ITR V form to be filed by person earning only commission from LIC and New India Assurance

24 July 2012 You have to fill up ITR4 for LIC & General Insurance Agents
ITR V is just an acknowledgement or like a receipt. It has to be sent to CPC after signing by the assessee.
