I am working in a chartered accountant’s firm. We file many client’s return & in all the return we have given the same e-mail address. We have received a mail from CPC mentioning E-filing Acknowlegement Number 172404460151010 for the A.Y. 2010-11 that it was not received by the department yet. Since we file many returns mentioning the same mail address, we are unable to detect the particular client’s name from the Acknowledgement Number. Kindly guide us how we can detect the name of the client by the Acknowledgement Number through the Income tax website.

YOU HAVE TO CHECK ALL THE ACKNOLEDGEMENT ONE BY ONE , WHICH HAVE SENT BY CPC AT THE TIME OF FILING OF RETURN.
