Submission of ITR-V filled on 29th July 2010.
I have filled my return through online on 29th July 2010. I have forgot to send the same to Banglore office. I had send the same on 30th Nov 2010. Now I have received mail that Non Receipt of ITR. Do have have to again send the same copy to banglore or what will be the procedure ?
Kindly guide me.

YOU CAN SEND ANOTHER COPY OF ITR-V .THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM ON THAT.

My question is whether I need to send it again or what ? If i will not send than what ? I have already send the same on recently. I had send through Speed post... I know the same has received at banglore.

THE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ACCEPT SPEED POST. YOU HAVE TO SEND BY ORDINERY POST ONLY. THE DEPARTMENT SENT YOU A REMINDER. IF YOU DO NOT SEND FURTHER BY ORDINERY POST. YOUR RETURN WILL BE TREATED AS INVALID RETURN.

yes department now accept speed post also, and before this amendment department also accepted Speed post for late submission of ITR-V

The ITR-V form is required to be sent to Post Bag No.1, Electronic City Post Office, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560100, by ordinary post or speedpost.
if you know that same has been received by CPC, then no problem.
But there will be no problem on sending ITR-V further to the department.

also you may log in on https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/login.do
go to my account -> E-Filing Processing Status -> enter the assessment year and see whether acknowledgement of receipt of ITR V is available or not. If not thn u may send it again to CPC B'lore by speed post or general post.
