15 August 2015 Hi Experts,

I want to claim my mother's income tax excess paid through online.

around 3K extra paid. what to do next?

15 August 2015 You need to prepare her ITR and file it online showing 3,000 excess paid. Now refund is directly credited to account by the govt hence you need to mention your mother's bank details in the ITR.

I have Form No. 16 for 2014-15 & acknowledgement ITR-V 2014-15 with me.

and bank details too.

16 August 2015 i have submitted my mother's return logged in through her pan id. and got a mail with attachment of ITRV.

I believe, I need to send this attachment towards Income Tax Department - CPC,
Post Bag No – 1,
Electronic City Post Office,
Bangalore - 560100,
Karnataka

Please help.

* in any case I want to start submission of others returns too. Can i start as a freelancing. if yes then what will be the 1st step?

16 August 2015 I have already have form 16 for the ay 15-16 hard copy given by employer. now i have submitted itr 1 online again for the same ay with same pan no.

please do let me know.. what we need to do or not to do if file twice for the same year?

16 August 2015 Send ITR V of your mother to Bangalore.

In case of return filed twice send only one ITR V.
You are not conversant in filing return so don't do it for others.

29 August 2015 Hi Again,

My father has income as interest on SB around 2861 INR. When he is filing tax the amount taking as deduction u/s 80tta. But he has already submitted tax on this. So my query is, how an interest on sb can be treated?
