which easiest site or software free access for filling itr return rather than java utility provided by department ?

you can file your ITR though excel utility

it department wont give any sites to file return other than excel utilities they provide and incometaxefiling websites,
however you may use private sites like https://taxcloudindia.com/ to file returns free of cost
