1.WHAT ABOUT AY 2015-2016 RETURN STILL FORM ARE NOT NOTIFIED

1. You have to wait for sometime until the forms are notified.

2. You have to go through the procedure prescribed under the Companies Act for winding up of the Pvt Ltd Company. It will take its own time. I am sure forms will be notified till you initiate the procedure.
