One of my firm dissolved firm on 20th march 2014,
Now how many itrs to be filed or should i file only one?
Please also guide me about capital in this case

even in this case last itr of firm needs to be filed along with seperate individual itr by partners

You mean only one itr.bow plz guide me with capital as capital in balance sheet or as current liabilities in balancesheet in itr?
