Hi,
I want to know whether CBDT has notified the new forms for filing Income tax ? In the budget it was told that a new saral form will be notified. Is it available in the site? If not any idea when will it be ready? Because someone are ready to come for filing.

ITR form not yet notified. Should be notified by next week.
About clients being ready to file return, one of my cleint has already paid S. A. Tax for A. Y. 2010 - 11 also as of dated but still waiting for the return forms to be notified.

There is one file in the files section who has uploaded form itr - 4 for A. Y. 2010 - 11. Here is the link https://www.caclubindia.com/share_files/itr-4-ay-2010-11-25535.asp
Though i do not know the veracity of the file but he has uploaded the same. And also one of the software provider has informed me that software for the forms are now available. So i think the forms have been notified
