ITR Form Salary Income

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
If you have salary income along with commission and tuition fees, you generally cannot use the ITR-1 form. The consensus suggests that ITR-3 is the appropriate form to file in such cases, even if salary is your primary income source. Income from 'other sources' such as interest or dividends also needs to be considered when determining the correct ITR form.
