What is the difference between ITR 3 and ITR 4?
If one can shift from ITR 3 to ITR 4 in any Financial Year?

ITR 4 can be used when there is business or professional income declaration under presumptive assessment, at the same time there is no capital gains to be declared. If you have capital gains declaration along with business income, you are supposed to file ITR3. ITR3 is mandatory in case of declaration of PGBP income under normal assessment.

Thanks for your valuable revert. Please tell me if i can shift from ITR 3 to ITR 4 as i am not maintaining any books of accounts and gross receipts are below 15 lakhs
