hello
assessee have pension income and mobile tower rental income. i want to know that which itr form is for these incomes. and how to treat mobile tower rental income.

Mobile tower Rental income will comes to Other Sources. U can file ITR 2.

you can use ITR-2. I believe what you are receiving is not mobile tower rental but the rent received for providing your space for installation for a mobile tower.. can be included in other incomes

you can use itr-2. AND FILL salary income and income from other sources.

if ur renting the space then i think it will come under house property income.
