24 August 2014 No. ITR4S not applicable for Professionals. ITR4 should be filed.

24 August 2014 No you have to file ITR 4. Presumptive taxation is allowed for businessman not for profession.

24 August 2014 Refer Section 44AA(1). Specific exclusion for legal profession.

I think this data base is replica of the same which is in ITR4. See Transporter Business is also there.
