04 July 2017 Hello Sir,
My mom is pensioner and also having income from Agriculture.
She have applied PAN this year(2016)
.
She have not filled ITR for ass year 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
Can we filled ITR for Ass year 2015-2016 and Ass year 2016-2017.

04 July 2017 AY 2016-17 she can file online. for AY 2015-16 you need to approach jurisdictional AO

She got PAN card on sep 2016 still ahe can fill ITR for AY 2016-2016 (finance year 2015-2016) right ?

05 July 2017 AY 2016-17 she can very well file even though she got PAN in Sept 2016. ( Are you trying to compare PAN with incorporation certificate of Company? please let me know)
