10 August 2015 Whether itr for ay 2012-13 can be filed now. Assessee did not have pan in ay 2012-13 .Thanks in advance

10 August 2015 No, the latest date for filing ITR for Assessment Year 2012-13 was 31/03/2014.

On top of that, if you feel that you MUST file the income tax return for the same, write a request letter to the Chief Commissioneer of your jurisdiction. Once CCIT grants you permission, the same may be filed
