Last date for directors is 31.07.2011.

Yes last date for Individual not under tax audit is 31.07.2011.
If the director does not have a proprietary business which is under Tax Audit or is not a partner in a partnership firm which is liable for Tax Audit then due date will was 31.07.2011 otherwise it will be 30.09.2011
