I have registered my pvt Co. on 27-06-2015, not having turnover more than 8 lac.
please reply me for following query
1- it's compulsory to appoint an auditor.
2- it doesn't fall under tax audit.. so when should I file return.

The appointment of auditor is compulsory for a company registered under companies act, 2013 of any previous co. law. also the date of filling of return is 30 th september of the assessment year foa company.
