08 November 2014 Dear Sir,

The Company is inoperative (no activity), since incorporation and we need your help in following matter :

1. Should we file Income Tax Return (ITR) of Company, since it was pending from 2005 ?

2. Is it good to file all ITR since inception ?

3. What would be the penalty, etc. ?

Kindly suggest the way out, if possible.

08 November 2014 File ITR for last 2 years only.
For ROC, you need to file from inception.

10 November 2014 Since the company is inoperative since XXXX, the returns were not filed. (In alighter sense, whether you call TIGER or TIGER uncle, it is going to eat you for sure....then why to get scared?) File the returns.
