Hi,
I could not submit my HRA and medical proof in new employer.Employer has already issued Form16 without considering HRA and medical exemption.
Can I show HRA and medical exemption while filling ITR ?

YES... you can have your own tax computation, different from Form 16. You only need to keep the supporting documents for your tax calculation for any future reference.

Regarding medical exemption .... please specify.. r u talking about medical reimbursement or medical insurance ?

In case its..medical insurance > YES.. you claim...
In case its medical reimbursement : wherein your employer has deducted TDS on this medical part also due to non-submission of medical bills by you....then, you can not claim this benefit on your own.
