11 July 2014 What is the maximum period to file a ITR?
if there is NIL return and,
if there is some taxable income?

11 July 2014 for nil return no need to file return.
for taxable income depends whether tax audit is applicable or no.

11 July 2014 ok, but in now days, more assessees are receiving notice from income tax department for non filling of return. so people don't want to make any gap in their return.

Tell me the exact date for A.Y 2013-14 after that we can't file the ITR.

11 July 2014 if tax uaidt is not applicable then 31.7.2014 for AY 14-15 and u wrote ay 13-14 which was 31.7.2013 and was also extended to 5.8.2014
if tax audit is applicable then 30.9.2014 for ay 14-15
