if Assesse is required to maintain books of accounts he should file details in P&L and balance sheet

if books of accounts not mandatory can provide details in books of accounts not maintained in no. 51 of P& L

01 July 2013 Try Online filling as it is convenient in following ways

1. filling is easy as in the software all compulsory field are marked with red and you left blank all the non-mandatory filed.

2. refund will be issued earlier than mannual

3. Online is compulsory if GTO is 5.00 Lacs

HE IS NOT MAINTAINING BOOKS OF ACOUNTS,NOW IT IS SUFFICIENT TO FILL THE DETAILS IN NO:15 OF P&L OR IS IT NECESSARY TO FILL DETAILS OF NO:6 OF BALANCE...
IF HE WANTS REFUND FULL AMOUNT I.E,41801/-

01 July 2013 Yes,you are mandatory required to show details of balance sheet and P&L and need to maintain proper books of account as your income from commission exceeds 1,20,000..

Please refer section 44AA(2)
