Respected All,
I wanted to file ITR return of 1 of my client who is getting income from Warehousing rent but in form 26 AS tds credit is not showing due to deductor has not filed proper tds return.. but now the issue is after conversation with deductor it is come to know that his tds return not yet accepted at tds cpc, so pelase guide me that witout credit showing in form 26 AS how i can able to file it return????

Only TDS shown in form 26AS will be given credit to your PAN otherwise the demand notice will be raised. so insist deductor to check the TDS return status. it won`t take more than 15 days to accept the return by NSDL

Really Appreciate & Thank ful to you sir.....but the issue is that deductor has already submitted return at TRACES but status is showing as pending for processing (filing date aug 13) so without that return acceptance I can not able to file my client's IT return?????

you file your return and demand for refund. once deductor file his return and accepted by TRACES , your tds will be credited your PAN. After that this will show in 26AS and claim TDS amount.
