Itr filing rare case -doi problem

14 May 2015 A public company E-filed ITR for 2012-13 AY.Refund claimed for the year and the refund cheque gone back due to incorrect address. ITR FILED by somebody and I was able to reset the password. When I try to login the website shows wrong date of INCORPORATION.But it is correct date of incorporation as per PAN CARD. I called to incometax department regarding this, they suggested me to confirm the DOI with NSDL. NSDL executives said no records available as the PAN number given by you was not applied through NSDL. What is the Solution ? Iam not able to login even though Iam having password.

14 May 2015 Try using know your PAN option on e-filing website by putting the date of incorporation which you have. If it is correct and PAN details are displayed correctly than you once again contact CPC helpline with all the details.

14 May 2015 PAN can be applied through either NSDL or UTI. So, in case NSDL people don't have details of your pan application, it must have with UTI.

Once, you call customer care of UTI and confirm the date of incorporation.

You can get the customer care number in uti website.
